| Zusammenfassung: | Interferometry as well as holographic interferometry and speckle applications are becoming useful tools for industrial applications. The methods can usefully be applied to a considerable variety of engineering measurement problems. Fringe read-out and quantitative analysis of interferometric and holographic data will lead to an improvement of the methods for engineering applications and to the acceptance of laser applications in industry. |
