Abstract

Die Projektorganisation erfreut sich einer unverändert hohen Attraktivität. Grundlegend geändert haben sich allerdings die Einsichten in den Erfolgsfaktoren der Projektarbeit: Nicht das Bemühen um die einzelnen Bausteine der Projektarbeit, sondern die Handhabung der Schnittstellen zwischen diesen Komponenten ist der Schlüssel zum erfolgreichen Projektmanagement.

The project organization is still highly attractive. However, the insights into the success factors in the project work have changed fundamentally, the key to successful project management is not found in the concern for the individual modules of the project work, but in the handling of the intersection points of these components.
