L’évaluation de l’utilisation des documents du patrimoine culturel : le projet Allemand de statistiques à libre accès

Abstract

Le projet Allemand des "Statistiques à Libre Accès"(OA-S) est un projet d’infrastructure commun, pour une accumulation normalisée de l’hétérogénéité des données web enregistrées, avec un accent particulier sur les dépôts institutionnels. Les partenaires du projet sont l’université Georg-August de Göttingen (Bibliothèque d'État et Universitaire de Goettingen, SUB), l’université Humbolt de Berlin (service des medias et de l’informatique), l’université de Saarland (l’université de Saarland et la bibliothèque gouvernemental) et l’université de Stuttgart (bibliothèque universitaire). Les actions entreprises sont liées à des coopérations nationales et internationales parmi lesquelles la DINI (Deutsche Initiative für Netwerkinformation/Initiative Allemande pour le Réseau d’Information), la Représentation d’infrastructure de dépôt Numérique (DRIVER) et le Comité des Systèmes d’Information Joint (JISC). Dans les OA-S les dépôts fournisseurs d’informations seront les principaux participant favorisant l’accès aux données (Berlin, Göttingen, Saarbrücken et Stuttgart), et dans les prochaines phases d’expansions tous les dépôt certifiés par la DINI. Avec le temps les connections à d’autres dépôts et aussi à de différents contenus numérisés sont attendues comme avec celle des documents du patrimoine culturel.

The German project "Open Access-Statistics (OA-S)" is a joint infrastructure project for the standardised accumulation of heterogenous web log data with an emphasis on institutional repositories. Project partners of the OA-S project are Georg-August Universität Göttingen (Göttingen State- and University Library), Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (Computer- and Mediaservice), Saarland University (Saarland University and State Library), and Universität Stuttgart (University Library). The actions undertaken are linked with national and international cooperations among others DINI (Deutsche Initiative für Netzwerkinformation / German Initiative for Network Information), Digital Repository Infrastructure Vision for European Research (DRIVER), and Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC). In OA-Statistics the data providers for access data will be the participating repositories (Berlin, Göttingen, Saarbrücken and Stuttgart), and in the next stage of expansion all DINI-certified repositories. In the long run, connections to other repositories and also to different digitized content for example cultural heritage documents are to be expected. The infrastructure is planned to be open for national and international repository providers to join in and benefit from the data aggregating and processing services provided by a central service provider.
