Superconductivity suppression in the nonequlibrium state is considered (eV > 2Delta). A theory of generation of phonons with frequencies omega > 2Delta which accompanies the quasi particle tunneling, is suggested. The available experimental results are interpreted and new features in the distribution of generated recombination phonons are predicted.deinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessTunnelkontakt , Anregung , Phonon530Verteilung der Nichtgleichgewichtsanregungen und Phononen-Erzeugung in supraleitenden Tunnelkontaktenreport2011-07-13
