Integrierte Produkt- und Montagekonfiguration für die variantenreiche Serienfertigung

Abstract

Produzierende Unternehmen müssen auf die Erzeugung effizienter und gleichzeitig wandlungsfähiger Strukturen ausgerichtet sein, um auch auf unvorhergesehene Veränderungen schnell und wirkungsvoll reagieren zu können. Vor diesem Hintergrund liefert die vorliegende Arbeit einen Beitrag, die Effizienz und besonders die Wandlungsfähigkeit in der Montage variantenreicher Erzeugnisse durch die aufwandsarme Anpassung im Sinne einer Konfiguration der technischen Systeme gemäß sich permanent verändernder Randbedingungen und Zielzustände zu erhöhen. Dazu wird eine grundlegende Untersuchung der systemtheoretischen Zusammenhänge zwischen dem Produkt- und dem Montagesystem angestellt, um ein verlässliches Fundament einer integrierten Produkt- und Montagebetrachtung zu ermöglichen. Zur zielgerichteten Bereitstellung von Informationen in Form der Elemente und deren vielfältigen Beziehungen wird dieses Fundament durch eine ontologiebasierte Modellierung und flexible Einbettung in eineeigenentwickelte, informationstechnische Umgebung dem Anwender zugänglich gemacht. Weiterhin wird die industrielle Anwendbarkeit durch die Entwicklung einer strukturierten und zielgerichteten Vorgehensweise unterstützt. Anschließend wird die Verifizierung dieser Anwendbarkeit anhand der Einführung der integrierten Produkt- und Montagekonfiguration bei einer Montagelinie eines industriellen Unternehmens der Autositzherstellung beschrieben. Die Arbeit schließt mit einer kritischen Würdigung der wissenschaftlichen Ergebnisse, einer Zusammenfassung sowie mit einem Ausblick auf zukünftiges Forschungs- und Entwicklungspotential im Bereich der ganzheitlichen Betrachtung und Organisation wandlungsfähiger und leistungsfähiger Fabriken.

In the structure of manufacturing companies not only efficiency-driven aspects but also aspects of adaptability have to be considered to be able to respond to unforeseen changes in a rapid and effective way. The work introduced here contributes to the efficiency and in particular to the adaptability of the assembly of mass customized products by the use of configuration aspects for an adaptation of the technical systems considering constantly changing boundary conditions and target states. Therefore the system-theoretical relations between the product and the assembly system were analyzed, to gain a reliable fundament for an integrated consideration of the product and its assembly. This fundament in terms of information about the relevant system elements and their relations can be accessed by the user with help of an ontology-based modeling and a flexible, self-developed information system. The industrial applicability of the integrated product and assembly configuration issupported by a structured and target-oriented procedure. Afterwards, the verification of this applicability by the implementation of the concept for an assembly line of a manufacturing company producing car seats is described. The work closes with a critical acclaim of the scientific results, a summary and an outlook to the potential of prospective research and development in the field of a holistic consideration and organization of adaptable and highly productive factories.
