Schlanke Matrix

Abstract

Organisatoren aus Praxis und Wissenschaft sind vom "Aufstieg und Fall der Matrix-Organisation" nicht nur betroffen, sie sind aktiv an dieser Trendwende beteiligt. Gerade im Zusammenhang mit der aktuellen Schlankheitswelle werden begründete Zweifel an der Tauglichkeit dieser anspruchsvollen Organisationsform angemeldet. Vor diesem Hintergrund gilt es abzuklären, welche praxisnahen Optionen für eine schlanke Matrix-Struktur grundsätzlich zur Verfügung stehen. Organizational designers and organisation theorists are actively shaping " the rise and fall" of the matrix organization, during today's focus on "lean management", the suitability of this form of organization has become questionable. The article discusses a possible combination of the call for lean structures with the concept of matrix organization.
