Modern and traditional urban design concepts and principles in Iran

Abstract

The expected result of this work is a survey on timeless design principles with traditional origion that can create new towns and conserve historic cities, that respect the Iranian traditional way of life and cultural identity in their modern living environment. Angestrebt wird ein Übersicht zeitlos gültiger Entwurfsprinzipien traditionellen Ursprungs, die ebenso für den Entwurf neuer Städte wie für die Erhaltung historischer Städte verwendet werden kann.
