Db-Igs : eine Plattform zur Herstellung multispezifischer Antikörper

Abstract

Bi- and multispecific antibodies are designated as the next generation of antibody-based therapy, not least because of their wide therapeutical applications, in particular in the field of immuno-oncology. Here, we present the Db-Ig platform enabling the generation of a variety of IgG-like molecules with varying valency and specificity with great potentials to generate therapeutic antibodies.
