Virtuelle Organisationen in regionalen Wirtschaftssystemen : Workshopdokumentation

Abstract

Virtuelle Organisationen sollen grundlegende Veränderungen in den Organisationsstrukturen der Wirtschaft bewirken. Sie gelten für viele als die paradigmatische Organisationsform für die Wissens- oder Informationsgesellschaft. Sind diese Erwartungen begründet? Mit dieser Frage setzte sich im Juni 1999 ein Workshop an der TA-Akademie auseinander. Der vorliegende Arbeitsbericht dokumentiert die Ergebnisse des Workshops. Virtual Organizations are supposed to bring about fundamental changes in the organizational structures of the economy. Many consider them to be the paradigmatic form of organization in the knowledge or information society. Are these expectations well founded? This question was discussed at a workshop that took place at the Center of Technology Assessment in June 1999. This working paper documents the results of the workshop.
