Einsatz von agilen Methoden in der Hochschulorganisation

Abstract

Dieser Artikel der Zeitschrift Gruppe. Interaktion. Organisation. möchte mittels einer systematischen Literaturrecherche das Thema der agilen Methoden aus einer mikro-organisatorischen Perspektive für den Hochschulbereich betrachten. Die Ergebnisse zeigen einerseits, dass agile Methoden bereits den Zugang in die (internationale) Hochschullehre erhalten haben, um einige aktuellen Herausforderungen in der Hochschulbildung entgegenzuwirken. Andererseits wird durch die Analyse und Interpretation auch Raum für weitere Betrachtungsweisen zur Vorgehensweise entdeckt, sofern die Anwendung von agilen Methoden einen stärkeren ganzheitlichen Organisationsbezug für die Hochschule besitzen soll. Durch die abschließenden Implikationen für Forschung und Praxis wird aufgezeigt, dass Design Thinking die stärksten Potenziale für die Anwendung in der Hochschulorganisation, exemplarisch im Prozess der Curriculums- und Studiengangsentwicklung, besitzen könnte. Organization. would like to use a systematic literature research to look at the topic of agile methods from a micro-organizational perspective for the university sector. On the one hand, the results show that agile methods have already gained access to (international) academic teaching in order to counter some current challenges in higher education. On the other hand, the analysis and interpretation also reveals room for further approaches to the procedure, provided that the application of agile methods is to have a stronger holistic organizational relationship for the university. The final implications for research and practice show that design thinking could have the biggest potential for application in university organization, for example in the process of curriculum and course development.
